Summary
As a team we designed, tested and built simulations of professional skill scenarios for undergraduate students in multiple disciplines. As project manager, I facilitated weekly team meetings and assignments, facilitated project completion including video production, hired additional team members and actors, facilitated and participated in research, writing and publication.

Challenges
It was sometimes difficult to manage so many people working on so many different aspects of a project at the same time, however a real emphasis on individual needs and empathetic accountability ensured productivity and the completion of successful projects.
Results
We were able to complete, test and research two simulations while I worked on this project.

I developed a risk management matrix to anticipate risks to the project and team. One identified risk happened during project pilot but was easily mitigated because of the plan.
