Personal Diversity and Inclusion Commitment

I am personally committed to fostering learning environments that are diverse, inclusive, and equitable for all learners. Every individual has experiences and perspectives that are unique and should be valued and recognized in learning situations. I strive to support and include learners regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or ability.

I have sought out opportunities to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives, and have actively worked to promote inclusion and equity in all aspects of my work. In my designs, I strive to represent a variety of people from diverse backgrounds and to create opportunities for all learners to feel seen, heard, and valued.
