Problem
New hires and ongoing employees need instructor-led training sessions, both online and in-person, to be fast-paced, engaging and efficient.

Solution
I build engaging facilitator-guided lessons and PowerPoint-based lessons to encourage peer-to-peer interactions, role-plays, tool-practice sessions, and knowledge checks.
Challenges
Training courses are short and intense. New hires and ongoing employees are expected to demonstrate their knowledge and perform new skills quickly during and after training.
Results
Trainers report and evaluation data supports new trainees performing equally as well if not better than ongoing employees.
